Sri founded Infoplus in the United Kingdom in 2000 and has been instrumental in
guiding the steady and gradual expansion of the business into new markets and geographies.
The company functions with 3 divisions - MDM, Software and 3DM - and has operations
in 12 countries. Working closely with the executive management of each Infoplus
division, Sri helps to develop and implement strategic direction. Emerging technologies
and the onshore-offshore delivery model are foundational elements of Sri's strategy
and delivery methodology.
Sri started his career as a SAP consultant, based in the UK and USA, working with
a series of Fortune 500 companies.
Sri holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Madras and an M.Sc. from
the University of Westminster.
Kaja has managed the Infoplus MDM delivery facility since 2006. He is hugely knowledgeable
in MRO and assets, and all aspects of master data cataloguing. Kaja has led the
technical design and architecture of the Infoplus Midas software suite. Working
closely with the Infoplus technology leads, Kaja is responsible for the successful
delivery of Infoplus projects. Additionally, Kaja collaborates with the sales leads
and the customer to review and define project Statements of Work and guidelines.
Kaja started his career with Tata Consultancy Services, and gained materials management
and plant asset data experience in hands-on roles with MRO Infotech.
Kaja has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Instrumentation) from the Madras
Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Indian Institute in Materials Management.
Jonathan has a successful senior management track record growing software and services
businesses. He is vastly experienced in master data management and has sold, led,
managed and consulted on well over a hundred multi-site data-cleaning and governance
projects for global clients, in multiple industries, as well as managing large multi-functional
on-shore and off-shore delivery teams. Jonathan has over 15 years' executive director
experience and is based out of our United Kingdom head office.
Prior to joining Infoplus, Jonathan was Finance and Operations Director at sparesFinder
(now a Sphera company).
Jonathan has degrees from the University of Cape Town, an M.Sc. from the London
School of Economics, and a Ph.D. from the School of Oriental and African Studies
in London. He is also a qualified accountant.
